Reply Genius AI does not access, upload, or store your contacts in any way. The app does not request contact permissions.
01Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the Reply Genius AI mobile application for iOS and Android ("the App"), this website (replyaigenius.com), and any support or communication we provide (together, "the Service"). It explains what information we handle when you use the Service, why, and what choices you have.
In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Reply Genius AI team. "You" means the person using the Service.
02Information we handle
Message content you submit to generate a reply
When you paste a message into the App and request a reply, that text is sent to our AI processing provider, a reply is generated, and the text is returned to your device. We do not save the message you paste or the reply we generate on our servers. It is processed in the moment and then discarded.
Tone and preference selections
The tone you pick (for example, Flirty, Classy, Witty, or Calm) and similar preferences are stored on your device so the App can remember your last choice. They do not identify you.
On-device history
If the App keeps a local history of replies you've generated, that history lives on your device. You can clear it at any time by using the App's clear-history control or by deleting the App.
Device and diagnostic information
To keep the App working and to diagnose crashes, we may receive limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, App version, crash logs, and anonymized performance metrics. This information does not include the content of your messages.
Purchase information
If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. They share confirmation of your purchase status with us so we can unlock premium features โ but we do not receive your full payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.).
Support communications
When you email us at hello@replyaigenius.com or use our contact form, we receive what you send us (typically your name, email address, and the content of your message). We use this only to reply to you and resolve your request.
Website analytics
On this website we may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. These analytics do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share website analytics data.
03How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- Generate the reply you requested and return it to your device.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App โ including fixing bugs and measuring reliability.
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- Process and verify subscriptions or in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and misuse of the Service.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models on your messages.
04How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share information only in these narrow cases:
- AI processing providers. The text you submit for a reply is sent to a third-party AI inference provider for the sole purpose of generating that reply. We use providers that contractually agree not to retain this content for training and to delete it after processing.
- Infrastructure providers. Services that host our website and deliver App updates (for example, our hosting and content-delivery providers) may process requests on our behalf. They act as data processors under our instructions.
- App stores. Apple and Google handle purchases, downloads, and store-level analytics subject to their own privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. If we're required to disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users or the public, we will โ while pushing back on overbroad requests where appropriate.
- Business transfers. If Reply Genius AI is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. You'll be notified before any change takes effect.
05Data retention
Because we don't store your messages on our servers, there's nothing to retain for them. For the limited information we do handle:
- Diagnostic logs are kept for a short operational window โ typically no more than 30 days โ then automatically deleted.
- Support emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and a reasonable period afterward, usually up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Purchase records are retained as required to provide your subscription and to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- On-device data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, and is removed when you delete the App.
06Your choices and rights
You have meaningful control over the limited information we handle. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or similar laws.
- Access and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you (typically just support correspondence tied to your email address) and request that we delete it.
- Correction. You can ask us to correct information that's inaccurate.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of โ but the option is yours regardless.
- Clear on-device history. Use the App's clear-history option or uninstall the App to remove local data.
- Manage subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Complain to a regulator. EU/UK users can lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

07Security
Data in transit between the App, this website, and our providers is protected with industry-standard encryption (TLS). We limit internal access to information on a need-to-know basis and choose processing partners with strong security practices. No system is 100% secure, but our overall design โ not keeping message content in the first place โ is our strongest protection.
08International transfers
Reply Genius AI is operated by a global team, and our providers may process requests in countries other than where you live, including the United States. When we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
09Children's privacy
Reply Genius AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10Third-party links
The App and website may link to third-party sites (for example, the App Store, Google Play, or social media). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those services. When you leave our Service, take a moment to read the privacy policy of the site you're visiting.
Subscription Terms
Reply Genius Pro is $2.99/month. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time โ for example, when we add features or clarify language. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
