How do I use Reply Genius AI?
Open the app, paste the message you received, pick the tone that fits the moment (Flirty, Classy, Witty, or Calm), and tap Generate. Three reply options appear in a couple of seconds. Tap Copy and send the one you like.
Is Reply Genius AI free?
Reply Genius AI is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. Some advanced features may require a subscription. You'll always see the price before you're charged.
Are my messages private?
Yes. Messages are not stored on our servers, and conversation history lives only on your device. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no data collection. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is crashing or I can't generate replies โ€” what should I do?
First, make sure your app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play. Then try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, email support with your device model and OS version and we'll help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account โ€” not inside the app. Open your device's store settings, find Reply Genius AI under subscriptions, and cancel from there. If you need help, contact us.
How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?
Open the app and go to the Support tab. Tap Restore Purchases and your Pro subscription will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.
Can I request a new tone or feature?
Absolutely โ€” we read every suggestion. Send ideas our way from the contact page and select "Feedback" as the topic.
Is Reply Genius AI available in other languages?
The interface is currently in English, and the AI works best with English messages. We're exploring additional languages โ€” let us know which ones you'd like to see.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone on iOS 15 or later, and Android devices running Android 9 (Pie) or later.

Subscription Terms

Reply Genius Pro is $2.99/month. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
